Profile Description

I'm almost done with my Medical Transcription NC II course under TESDA with 396 required hours for lectures and hands-on transcription drills. I also did virtual assistant training with Clairvoyance. 

I used to work as a Customer Solutions Specialist, and eight months after I was transferred to another account as a Content Operations Specialist I, working as a Quality Assurance tester.  I'm a person who loves learning, so I'm open to going out of my comfort zone and doing new things. I'm trainable and most of all diligent.

Working as a radtech supervisor for almost three years, part of my role is to render excellent customer service and timely submission of required reports or Google sheet trackers. We use Google Workspace daily, thus familiarity and ease of navigating are not an issue.
