Profile Description

I would like to first discuss my professional experiences before I enumerate my skills. I began working as a sales representative when I was 19 years old. My job required me to assist customers in making good purchases, and while I initially found the task challenging, I eventually became accustomed to it. I've been working for 2 years as a sales representative. I applied to another organization, and they offered me a three-year position as a customer support associate. In addition, I was promoted to a higher position and worked as a quality analyst for a year.
The main purpose of this profile description is to indicate the skills. I have a several number of skills when it comes to work. First, I'm confident with my communication skills since I have assisted a lots of guest everyday using English language. The speed of my typing skills is also performing well since in assisting guests or customers I also need to take notes with their concerns. I am also proactive in terms of guest's issues wherein I will not wait for the guest to ask about how to resolve the issue instead I provide recommendations or suggestions directly to guest. Here are some of my skills: Active listener, adaptability, attention to detail, conflict resolution, creativity, critical thinker, decision - maker, negotiation skills, patience, problem - solving, product knowledge, time management, and writing skills.
Lastly, I would like to be known here as a reliable worker and away from negative feedbacks. I'm sure that if I would be given an opportunity to have a client and start working I will provide my best to serve and meet all the standards especially time management. I will contribute all my knowledge and skills in order to perform well. To finish all the task on given time or deadline.
