Within that timeframe, I became experienced with the omnichannel approach using Slack and eGain, data collection, entry, and organization using both Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, and extensive internet research.
Now, I'm a Member Services Analyst in a software company training to be proficient in Zendesk and Salesforce among other things.
