Hi! I'm Upgrade to see actual info and I'm an English major with a Bachelor's degree.

I have three years worth of experience as a Customer Service Agent in a BPO setting. Within that timeframe, I became experienced with the omnichannel approach using Slack and eGain, data collection, entry, and organization using both Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, and extensive internet research. 

Now, I'm a Member Services Analyst in a software company training to be proficient in Zendesk and Salesforce among other things.

Aside from the industry knowledge and tools and technologies listed, I am a fast and efficient learner who has honed my critical thinking and problem solving skills.
