With my previous Job aside from handling a team, I helped the campaign to grow from 50 headcount to 250 headcount and in creating and monitoring the support coverage in a daily basis. I also helped them to produce more leaders from associate by creating a project call the Academy , wherein Im doing the mentorship and assigning them as intern to their future role. Also I experienced administrative task such as calendar management and email management making sure its all updated in a daily basis. I also appointed in our financial , wherein I'm the one who is doing the budgeting for the quarter in incentive and engagement budget allocation also need to send financial statement by the end of the quarter. I am also responsible in gathering and organizing the data files for our campaign and making our weekly business report to our client and do some client interaction if necessary.
Furthermore, I well experience and I can help you in workflow improvement and implementation and creating strategy for growing the business.
I am familiar with different CRM tool , and admin tool such as Google suite and microsoft office and do some editing in Canva and Capcut.
