I have worked with various kinds of US Real Estate Title Insurance for a decade now. I deal with different States in USA such as (HI, CO, SC, NC, FL, OH, WA, TX, UT, PA, OK,IL, AZ, NV, MI, LA, MA, GA, MD, VA, CA, NJ, NY, OH, NH -All States)| I am a Top Rated Freelancer with an exceptional knowledge when it comes to Real Estate Title Examination such as Full Search, Current Owner Search, Two-Owner Search and Update Search. Ability to examine and determine all the documents including chain of title, deeds, mortgage, deed of trust, liens, judgment, HOA, easements, agreements, IRS Liens, State Tax Liens, taxes, probates, property title search which includes foreclosure (REO) or due diligence search. I can type 55-60 WPM.

Some of my Tasks includes the following:
• Do the search on real estate records through Public online websites and other subscription Recorder of Deeds
• Perform Title Search, Examination, and Typing (Single Seater)
• Review the map document to identify the subject property, building setback lines (BSL), and other easement information
• property and ownership look up using County website or GIS Map
• Examine the search results to identify the excellent starting point/full value deed (FVD) for our subject property
• Reviewing CCRs and easements documents and confirm whether they are affecting our subject property/affects overall subdivision or not affected our property
• Checking chain of title deed information for a complete conveyance or portion of conveyance deeds and identify deed chain from developer deed forward or not.
• Reviewing money matters that affects the property or the property owner.
• Prepare property/Commitment reports and title commitments
