Profile Description

I started my career as a customer service representative (CSR) at a call center over four years ago. As a CSR, I learned the importance of providing excellent customer service, resolving issues quickly and effectively, and building strong relationships with clients. I worked hard to develop my communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills, and I always sought feedback from my supervisors to improve my performance.
After a year in the CSR role, I was promoted to a Team Leader position / Trainer where I managed a small team of CSRs. As a team leader, I focused on developing my leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills, and I worked closely with my tea ---------- mbers to help them achieve their goals and improve their performance. I also collaborated with other team leaders and managers to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes that improved the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the program. 
In my third year, I was promoted to an Operations Manager position, where I now oversee the entire customer service department. In this role, I am responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction, managing a large team of CSRs and team leaders, and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations across the organization.
