Customer Service Representative/Video editor/VA

I am a former Engagement Specialist in one of the BPO Company here in the Philippines and my major role is content creation. I am the main videographer and Video editor for a year plus an additional experience in film making way back in my college days. I used different video editor softwares such as Filmora, Adobe premiere pro and I also use other graphic and video application softwares like Canva and Capcut.

Efficient and provides excellent customer service to any of my clients for more than 5 years now. I handled multiple US based company here in the Philippines for technical, billing and sales account.

As a troubleshooting expert, I tackled a wide range of issues related to internet connectivity, modem configurations, cable box malfunctions, and landline disturbances. I delved into the root causes of these problems, employing a logical and systematic approach to isolate and address issues effectively.
