Profile Description

I have worked as a customer service specialist with over 8 years of work experience. Providing excellent service and solutions to the customers. 
Previously I was tasked as an Interim Quality Assurance Analyst for almost 2 years. Listening to calls, identifying things for improvement, and participating in customer-client listening programs. 

Prior to that, I also worked as an Office Admin in a private IT company. Doing clerical work and acting as an executive assistant to the President of the company.

I am knowledgeable with WordPress and Blogger, although I'm far from being an expert in these areas. I handle and maintain several Facebook pages with different niches with approximately a hundred thousand followers. I also do virtual assistance on an E-commerce website. Doing order fulfillment, data entry, and customer service. 

I can work with minimum supervision and am willing to acquire new skills. I want a long-term, whether part-time or freelance, or project-based job that promises stability and transparency. Hope to hear from you soon!
