Profile Description

I have a total of 3 years B.P.O. working experience handling C.S.R. and mostly a Sales representative position. The most common thing in B.P.O. here in the Philippines is that we work at night and switch schedules at least not more than twice a month. I am always flexible to whatever changes may occur including account policies and action plans made by the management.
Working as a customer service representative, one of my strengths is having the best VOC/ NPS. I always go for the "above and beyond" and I believe that it is one of my working attitudes to do so nowadays.
Sales was one of the toughest to learn in the process but with the proper coaching and mentorship. I've been a top sales agent consecutively for a year including top performing agent, top voc and top resolve rate.
