Call Center Manager. I can manage an entire call center based on the client's expectations. I can create a tailor-fitted SOP to deliver and hit the targets set by the clients. I conduct business reviews on a weekly and monthly basis with the team leaders and integrate SWOT and Root Cause Analysis so we can identify problems and create actions to improve our performance.

Customer Service Manager. I have worked with several companies focusing on delivering world-class customer service. I was a customer service representative for Sprint, a well-known telecommunications company in the United States. I have handled all lines of businesses such as billing and payments, general inquiries, activations and upgrades, sales and technical support through phone, email, and chat.

Ecommerce. I have worked with Sears Canada as assistant manager for operations in one of their centers here in the Philippines. I was managing a team of 25 sales agents. Our line of business back then was order processing, upselling, payments, general inquiries, return and replacements and handling customer complaints.

VoIP Manager. I used to work as a premium services consultant for one of the VoIP providers in Canada whose markets are call centers and small businesses around the world. I was generating leads for them through phone, chat, and email. I create invoices, collect payments, processing online payments, activating new accounts, configures SIP Trunks, Cloud Hosted PBX, and Interactive Voice Response.

Virtual Receptionist. I worked as a virtual receptionist for a law office where I take messages from existing clients, schedules an appointment with new or prospective clients, transfers live calls to lawyers according to their instructions. I was also a virtual receptionist for a housekeeping company was I schedule them appointments for cleaning services or transfer calls to a specific cleaner if needed. I have also handled the same tasks for an IT company were I schedule appointments or take messages or screen calls and transfer them if needed. I was also a virtual receptionist for an auto parts company where I take orders and forward them to sales so they can contact the buyer if the parts needed are in stock.
