● Assisting customers that have concerns about their appliances. ● Building rapport|connection with the customer. ● Calling a technician in the customer's neighborhood to provide assistance with the appliances and do the repair

● Talks to customers over the phone, email, online chat or social media to resolve their questions or concerns. ● Maintains and updates customer information as necessary. ● Calmly attempts to resolve and de-escalate any issues. ● Calling technician nearby customer’s area to assist with them about the devices and do replacement. ● Do some troubleshooting such as indoor and outdoor cameras, thermostats, door locks, smoke, detectors, panels, sensors, and all devices which are from Vivint. ● Give customers the simplest instructions possible to make them more understandable. ● Do reports for disputed accounts.
