Virtual Assistant

My first job as a call center agent involved taking outbound calls to sell prescription and durable medical equipment to customers who are in pain and would be paid with any insurance they have.

My second job as a customer service representative included helping customers who have trouble in resetting their passwords, troubleshooting for their internet connection and helping them log in to their accounts.

My current job right now is working for United Healthcare insurance. I was trained for benefits and claims. I also assist providers and members regarding about prior authorization and appeals.

I don't have a formal job for video editing but ever since I was in high school, I was always assigned to do edits for our projects which I gladly accept every time since doing so satisfies me.

I don't have a formal job for this skill but I have been using Microsoft PowerPoint since I started High School up until today.
