Hi!
My name is Upgrade to see actual info a hardworking and flexible person. Focus in providing to my 8-year-old son and family. 
I am very flexible I can easily adapt on my working environment. I’ve gained my skills through of what I’ve experience in my life. I’ve been working half of my life, started with small job like taking laundry, selling homemade meals and when I finished high school started the journey of applying to companies, that’s when I became a BPO professional. I started as customer service, technical support, mentor, quality assurance representative to operations supervisor and back to being a business care representative.
 My long term professional goals are to keep learning and growing to this career with the help of the skills I acquired on my years of service on a BPO industry. I want to take it on a next level by working at home and with the right opportunity and guidance. Becoming a VA would definitely support these goals. This is the opportunity I’ve been looking for. I hope I will have a chance to showcase my abilities with you.
