• Creating and maintaining instructor guides, training decks, training admin materials, and training modules for new hire training across all vendor locations.
• Auditing training materials and content to confirm that they are up-to-date and consistent.
• Observing new hire training, and ongoing education in-person or remotely upon client request to gather feedback and report on the impact of training materials or trainer performance.
• Certifying new trainers using the company's Trainer Certification guidelines at new vendor sites to prepare them for facilitation as requested by the client.
• Providing nesting support at new site locations, or ramp support for new hires as requested by the client
• Facilitating high-priority training in person at various vendor locations upon client request.
• Testing newly created materials with partner teams and tracking completion and training feedback for said materials.
