Virtual Assistant I Social Media Coordinator

I have worked as a Social Media Assistant for an agency. I am tasked to proof read captions and sometimes create when needed. I also do all the scheduling for post using SMM tools like Later, Hootsuite and Meta.

I was an Inventory Management Associate for 7 years. I was in charge of the Supply Chain movements. I booked shipments from China and take care of warehouse management when it arrives. I am also in charge of uploading inventory on websites like Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair, Target and have experienced using ERPs like Stitchlabs and Bright Pearl.

I've done various task in line with data entry. I am organized and comfortable doing multiple task.

I have around 2-3 years experience in BPO. I was part of the order processing team and provided simple customer service assistance.

I have used Asana in delegating task to team members and making sure projects are on track.

I was an assistant to an Account Manager for a known AHS company. My task was to assist in creating questionnaires for applicants.

I have been using MS Excel in most of my previous job. I am confident in using it.
