I have been in the customer service for 13 years now in logistics industry and I have handled customer calls (inbound and outbound) regarding their international and domestic (within the United States) shipments including but not limited to: customs regulations, customs documentation requirements, shipping guidelines, tracking packages' movement and recovering healthcare packages at risk of delay.
