Profile Description

I'm a Virtual Assistant with a strong focus on admin support, which I've been doing since January 2024. My daily work includes data entry, processing billing and refund requests, uploading training materials, assigning clients to coaches, and keeping backend tasks organized. I'm fluent in tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Slack, GoHighLevel, and Close. I also have experience with financing portals like Payva and Whop.
Before becoming a VA, I spent over a decade in the BPO industry. I started in 2011 right after school and got promoted to Team Leader in 2015. I led teams primarily in content moderation and trust & safety, handling tasks like seller verification and financial crime reviews. I was also responsible for creating team schedules, training new tea ---------- mbers, and launching programs both locally and abroad, including deployments to Sofia and Kuala Lumpur to train agents and leaders.
I'm detail-oriented, organized, and a quick learner. I'm comfortable handling repetitive tasks as well as fast-paced admin work. Whether it's updating trackers, managing internal processes, or supporting a growing team, I bring structure, initiative, and reliability to everything I do.
