I have been a Virtual Assistant for almost 8 years now handling Lettings & Property Management. I also have a 7-year experience in Sales & Marketing in the Real Estate Industry. I was able to handle both Residential & Commercial Departments. I have also tried sales & account management in the Insurance Industry.
I am good at email management, appointment setting, customer support, event planning, & property management.
I can also do data entry. I am organized, reliable & keen to details.
I am a fast learner & I am willing to learn new skills needed for a certain job.
I am proficient in MS Word, Excel, & PowerPoint, Google Sheets, Docs, & Slides. I have worked & is familiar with the following softwares: Active Campaign, Arthur, Asana, Canva, Docusign, Fixflo, Freshdesk, Gnomen, Goodlord, Hootsuite, Manifestly, Slack, Payprop, Pipedrive, Process Street, Trello, Wrike, Wunderlust, Trello, & Xero.
