I am both Lead Generator and Email marketing specialist with 2 years of experience in an Employee Monitoring Software Company, As a Lead generation specialist, I am in charge of generating new sales leads. I search for company executives specifically the CEO/CTO and get their contact information for our resellers' outreach program. After the outreach program through email, we call prospective customers& to give service and product information and also with the respective price quotations. I also worked as an Appointment Setter Specialist, I contact potential customers by phone from our computerized database to explain products, services, and purchase information and discuss sales options for their property. I update the record of contacts, accounts, and orders, I set up a meeting between our potential customer and our sales representatives. I am keen to details because I am the one who is responsible to document and provide all information needed for an appointment to happen.
