I have been working as a Knowledge Author for 2 and a half years, specializing in technical processes. I was previously a Senior IT Service Desk Analyst, supporting VIPs and handling escalations via calls and emails. I also had customer service experience, handling disputes and transaction inquiries for a financial corporation.
I am an undergraduate of BS Civil Engineering and Philippines Civil Service - Professional Level Certified. I have knowledge in multiple fields and capable of completing different tasks. I have very good attention to detail and hard-working. I am someone who picks things up quickly and is always looking to expand my knowledge and experience.
