I've been in the BPO/CALL CENTER INDUSTRY for 7 years, all were International Voice Accounts for both Inbound and Outbound Campaign. The first ever BPO Company that I have worked with was being a Telemarketer or Outbound Sales Agent for Home and Auto Insurance. Our Main goal in there is cold calling, We will qualify potential leads that will turn out into potential customers, and after they qualify we will transfer them to our closer/live transfer agent. They were licensed Insurance Advisor that will provide free quote to our customers. And one of the
accounts I handled were also travel account for different Airlines such as United Airlines, Delta Airlines, American Eagle. I handled calls for flight Cancellations, Schedule Changes, Irregular Operations, Baggage Concern, Billing Dispute, Hotel Reservations, Car Rental. And The last account I handled is for Orchard Brand. Orchard Brand is the partner of Bluestem, Blair, Appleseeds, drapers and Damon. They are the largest online shopping worldwide for apparels, dress, and other International Clothing Brand.
