Profile Description

My main scope of work is to manage and oversee a team of call center agents. I mainly give support to tea ---------- mbers through feedback and communication, measures KPI’s like inbound calls, call waiting, and call abandonment. I do assists agents with their calls if they can’t handle the workload. Help improves quality of results by recommending changes. Part of my task is to keep track of employee attendance and make sure work procedures are complied with. Assist in hiring and onboarding new employees and prepares monthly and annual performance reports. I am Tech savvy with knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone equipment and has a background in technical support field. I have exceptional customer service expertise, proficient with the English language, has a strong verbal and written communication skills and Organizational skills and attention to detail.
