I am a Certified Public Accountant in the Philippines, Certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor, and Certified Xero Advisor. I worked as an Accounting Assistant in an Accounting Firm in 2017 and I have 5 years of experience being a Bookkeeper / Accountant / Financial Specialist in one of the top banks in the Philippines.

I created my Xero account, took the self-paced training path, and had my Xero Advisor certificate all in the first week of July 2023. I learned so much about Xero including initial setup tasks, setup and reconcile bank accounts, manage business contacts, use inventory for products and services, manage customer quotes and invoices, manage supplier bills, customize and use reports, create and tract client projects, manage expense claims, set up and manage fixed assets, review and adjust transactions, and manage practice tasks in Xero HQ. I am so excited to apply what I've learned with actual clients.

I had my training using QuickBooks Simple Start by enrolling in an online class in 2022. I learned how to create business profile, set-up tax rate, set-up chart of accounts, record transactions, and generate financial reports. In March 2023, I started to study the lessons and materials available in QuickBooks Online Accountant website through self-paced learning. In May 2023, I took and passed the exam and became Certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor. I had 90% average section score. I haven't tried to use QuickBooks with actual clients but I am confident I can apply my knowledge in QuickBooks in actual setting proficiently.
