Before he graduated from college, when he turned 18, he applied to a BPO company under an AT&T account and spent a year taking calls. He was consistent in his targets and sales. He was awarded as the Top 1 agent of the team and the Top 6 agent international ranking. He was good at selling the company's products, and as a result, he consistently received so many incentives every month.
After graduating from college on April 2022, he applied for a real estate virtual assistant position and was hired from May 2022 to December
Lastly, during mundane days, he would prefer to spend his time reading books, watching movies, watching documentaries, and updating his social media accounts. Experience: 1 - 2 years
I was able to top my team because of the revenues or sales I made. I was under AT&T account for 11 months and under 1-800 Flowers account for 2 months (seasonal account). I was able to convince the customers to buy the services and products offered by the accounts I was with during my BPO employment. It had been my goal to always end the day with sales not just because I wanted the incentives, but because it was my job to market and sell products and services to my customers.
Experience: 6 months - 1 year
My VA experience was one of a kind. It was different with my prior BPO experience. When I was a real estate VA, I did the calling instead of receiving calls. So it was challenging to convince clients because they got irritated the second they answered my call. But because it was part of my job, I would not mind them cursing at me and throwing racist remarks. If they hang up, I would just proceed with my next call and the cycle goes on until I find one who is interested in selling their house or buying one.
