Bookkeeper, Data Entry, Payroll Assistant

• Generate reports on a regular or on-demand basis to support payroll processing • Maintain highly confidential payroll records and files • Gather employee timesheets and do manual timekeeping • Add newly hired employees to the biometrics system • Calculate and validate overtime, deduction, and other earnings • Company’s representative in government offices such as SSS, Philhealth, and Pag ibig • Assist employees with regard to government concerns and processing • End-to-end payroll processing of 200 employees for semi-monthly • Compute the final payment of the resigned employee. Review the aging of the final pay request • Provide reports and support finance Department
