I've been in the BPO industry for 15 years i handled multiple accounts like mortgage, credit card, personal loan flexi loan, savings account and i'm currently handling car loan as senior loan documentation processor. prior to handling car loan I've been into multiple roles as collection officer, customer service rep, technical support rep, sme role, escalations and also part of the hardship team handling issue with customer whose under hardship situation.
