Profile Description

I have a solid background in Sales and Customer Service campaigns and did quite a lot of roles in the BPO industry. I used to work as a Hybrid Outbound Sales Specialist (phone calls, emails, intake, tech support and up selling mobility products) with Arriva Medical (Alere Company) US Diabetic Testing Supplies for more than three years. I was trained and became a Subject Matter Expert after a year of service and was able to share my best practices with my colleagues. I have also worked with Australian clients as an Energy Saving Expert for two years at Make it Cheaper Au and over a year with QEnergy Au as an Energy Specialist, cold calling both home and businesses across Australia, offering a bill comparison and discussing energy rates and doing follow ups via email, and of course, converting them into sales. These roles helped me boost my knowledge and stretched my skills set as a Salesperson. These hardcore jobs enhanced my multi-tasking, critical thinking and negotiation skills and I make sure to hit my daily targets in order for me to earn commissions, receive awards and be recognized as one of the top sellers in our department month after month. However, the most challenging role for me was with my two most recent jobs, an Online Proctor where I have scheduled work days of performing other tasks being a Tech Support, Help Desk, and a Megawatcher. Then being a Customer Care Associate at Carter's OshKosh B'Gosh (E-Commerce). These roles has a wide scope of system processes and product knowledge but I enjoyed them really well because I am empathic and I genuinely love helping others, I always listen and provide reassurance to my clients that I'll do my best to help them resolve an issue. Having the ability to stay calm in any given situation and keeping a positive mindset allows me to be effective in providing customer support. I can follow simple instructions, Im an influencer and a great problem solver. I value integrity and I know that whatever I do, I know that I'm going to be good at it.
