I graduated with the Degree of Bachelor of Science major in Marketing Management. I worked as Canada immigration consultant for 2 years and US immigration specialist for 1 year. * Documentation: Help clients with relevant information and resources, supervising the completion of documentation, and submitting data on behalf of individuals as required. Handles overall completion of nurse application forms and supporting documents (I-140 filing, NVC- DS260, DS261, Board of Nursing Application, Visa Screen) with accuracy and based on standard requirement. Handles overall processing of various credentialing process (NCLEX, IELTS, CGFNS, BON’s) within the standard timeline. Prepare visa, work permit applications and related documents such as IMM1295e, IMM5645e, IMM1294e. Ensure data protection compliance.
* Research and knowledged: Research and proactively equip myself regarding immigration/ deployment policies and laws to specific assigned program/s. Conduct BON research for each US state with regards to licensing applications.
* Calendar Managment: Arrange in-person/ virtual appointnment, meetings, seminars, and webinars. Coordinate travel bookings local and international. Schedule and facilitate 1on1 touchpoint, face-to-face and virtual tea
* Report: Provide EOD reports regarding to any changes and updates gathered from various immigration, credentialing authorities. Monitor report for weekly/quarterly application progress and success.
