Technical Support Specialist
I have strong passion for technology and enjoy helping customer with their technical issues. I have experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues such corrupted drivers, Inability to access email, windows displaying bluescreen, formatting the hard drive disk and partitioning into 2 local disk. I reset password of domain account, email password, create new data base for email if user can't send and receive their old email database. We are using helpdesk wherein the client will create a ticket together with their concern. Base on my experience in our company as we deploy the computer, We already install the software needed such as RealVNC where we can easily get the IP address as a part of the remote process, but there's a lot of way to get the IP address for us to find out. I have excellent communication skills, and am able to explain technical information in a way that is easy for customer to understand. If I will get hire I'm willing to learn more from the my co worker as we are team already. And I will never stop exploring more to provide and improve our company
