Profile Description

In my recent role as a Lead Specialist for an HVAC contractor company, I managed appointment bookings with technicians for maintenance, service calls, and HVAC estimates. I used Go High Level (GHL), ServiceTitan, and Google Calendar daily to efficiently coordinate schedules and track client interactions. My responsibilities included handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, sending SMS reminders, and managing email communication to ensure a smooth and professional customer experience. This position strengthened my ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and maintain accuracy while supporting a large number of client requests. A primary task involved calling leads who were inquiring about our services or needed repairs on their units. I gathered a list of necessary information and ensured that all details were recorded in their accounts to facilitate appointment bookings and dispatch our technicians to their locations. Additionally, when a lead declined our current service offering, we often explored alternative services to present. On average, I made 200 to 250 outbound calls each day.
I started to work as a Customer Service Associate at Aetna and as an Outbound Queue Associate at EXL Philippines from August 2018 to May 2022. In this role, I had different tasks to make our operations run better and build stronger relationships with clients. My primary duty involved proactively reaching out to a various range of establishments, including hospitals, government agencies, and non-governmental organizations across the United States, to ensure that our database was accurate. I conducted thorough market research to identify potential clients, which played a key role in expanding our outreach and service offerings. In addition, I was responsible for managing the initial intake of authorization requests from healthcare providers—such as doctors and medical facilities—across the country for various procedures and services needed by our insurance members. I served as an essential point of contact for our members, addressing their concerns and inquiries regarding pre-authorization requests, ensuring they understood the process and felt supported. I consistently delivered high-quality support to our healthcare customers by effectively addressing their inquiries on insurance claims, billing issues, and other healthcare-related topics. My dedication to providing exemplary service contributed to achieving high customer satisfaction scores, as I routinely met and exceeded quality assurance metrics set by the company. Furthermore, I received training in HIPAA compliance, which equipped me to handle customer information with the utmost respect for privacy and security, ensuring that all data was managed safely and in accordance with legal guidelines.
After four years as a Customer Service Associate at Aetna and CVS, I joined Airbnb as a Hotel Reservation Agent from November 2022 to December 2024.
