I worked as a Customer Service Representative for more than 3 years in Concentrix, Metro Manila lastUpgrade to see actual info. I was resigned last year because we were sent back to the office. I couldn't handle the transportation and the expenses were too expensive. So now I looked for a work from home job and came back here in Cebu for good.
My Responsibilities are;
- calling the station/hub in United States to ask the status of the packages
- sending/answering emails to our customers.
- maintaining a positive and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- processing orders
- scheduling a pickup
- Acknowledging and resolving customer's complaints.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer service.

I would describe myself as a hardworking, customer-focused, flexible, and someone who will go out of their way to deliver exceptional service as a Virtual Assistant. One of my greatest strength is my ability to learn fast on the job and teach myself different skillsets.
