Profile Description

I was academic and level coordinator in the educational field for 4 years ( ---------- ). During this time I have used various skills that I believe are foundational so that I can perform the work of a virtual assistant, virtual stuff, administrative assistance and even human resource and recruitment. Most recently, my responsibilities as academic coordinator and level correspond to the qualifications for these jobs. I am accountable for the provision, maintenance and development of programs and courses assigned within my area of discipline. I also do communication within stakeholders about academic concerns and other matters. Whenever assigned by my head, I document and transcribe minutes of academic board meeting and conduct monthly meetings within my department regarding important reminders, events and calendar ---------- addition, I am also knowledgeable in scheduling and calendaring. Moreover, I guide, instruct and direct my educators within the area of expertise based on their work or assigned tasks. To ensure quality of our department's service I conduct quarterly observations for educational performance innovation. I am also tasked to check and evaluate educators' quarterly performance and instructional materials such as curriculum map and PowerPoint presentations, tests and exams via google forms, google docs/ MS word, Table of Specification via google sheet. The said skills, especially navigation of different application such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva and the likes are very much put into practice this past few years to present because of the effect of a Pandemic in our country. Our institution gave services via online for almost 2 years. And until now we are still in this transition of Hyflex set - up. The fact that I also have experience in managing and handling my husband's online business will somehow add to the qualifications of the jobs I am looking for and want to enter. I help my husband in processing orders and answering questions from our customers on the ---------- Frozen Meat Facebook page. I also create posts, advertisements and announcements to be posted on the page by using my Canva knowledge.
