Ever since I started working, data entry has always been part of my workload, both as an Accounting Staff and as a Visa Specialist. During my time in accounting, I was responsible for encoding invoices, financial reports, and occasionally payroll data, ensuring that all information was accurate and properly recorded. In my experience as a Visa Specialist, I also handled extensive data entry tasks, such as encoding clients’ personal information for embassy appointment scheduling and inputting required details to process their travel insurance applications. Throughout both roles, I maintained a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, as proper data encoding is essential to avoid errors and ensure smooth workflow processes.

I have been providing chat support since I started working as a Visa Specialist, where I handled multiple clients through chat and email communication. I regularly assisted clients throughout the entire visa application process, from answering initial inquiries to guiding them step by step with their requirements and documentation. I made sure that clients received clear, accurate, and timely responses to help them complete their applications smoothly and efficiently.

Having worked as an Accounting Staff for two years and a Visa Specialist for one year, I have learned the importance of being highly detail-oriented. I have extensive experience using Canva, similar to my proficiency in Google Docs. I have been using the platform for a long time and am confident in creating a variety of designs and visual materials. I particularly appreciate its wide selection of free templates, which allow me to efficiently produce professional-looking outputs for different purposes such as documents, presentations, and marketing materials.

I am proficient in using Google Docs, as I have been using it since my school days, throughout my work experience, and even now while I have returned to studying. It has been a very helpful tool for me in creating documents such as letters, draft reports, and other written materials. I also appreciate using Google Docs because it includes useful features like grammar checking and automatic word correction, which are very helpful when you are unsure or having difficulty with writing. These features allow me to produce more accurate and professional documents efficiently.
