Additionally, I am well-versed in property management software such as Guesty, Airgms, Hostfully, and payment platforms like Stripe. I am also familiar with popular booking platforms like Airbnb, Upgrade to see actual info, VRBO, and Tripadvisor. Furthermore, I am skilled in using work management platforms like Asana and Spectora.
My daily responsibilities include a wide range of tasks. These include effectively managing guest communications, providing assistance to guests during check-in and checkout processes, writing reviews for guests, handling guest refund claims and damage claims, listing new properties on booking platforms, and creating comprehensive spreadsheets while ensuring backups of all listing details.
I possess a flexible work approach and demonstrate a strong work ethic. I pay meticulous attention to detail and have a proven ability to quickly grasp new concepts and technologies. As such, I am equipped to handle tasks efficiently and effectively at any given time.
