Hi, I'm Regine Delamente, a Licensed Customs Broker and Freight Operations Virtual Assistant with a background in logistics operations, customs brokerage, and import documentation.

I have hands-on experience in shipment coordination, documentation, shipment tracking, customs release processing, and administrative support in a fast-paced logistics environment. These experiences strengthened my attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to manage multiple operational tasks efficiently.

To further expand my expertise, I completed intensive training in U.S. freight brokerage and dispatch support, gaining hands-on exposure to LTL/FTL quoting, load board research, carrier coordination, track and trace, TMS navigation, and freight documentation, including Bills of Lading (BOL) and Proof of Delivery (POD).

I am passionate about supporting freight brokers, dispatchers, and logistics teams through accurate documentation, shipment coordination, data entry, and reliable day-to-day operational support.
