I've been doing data entry for almost 4 years from the time that I became a Virtual Assistant up until on my recent account in BPO which is a known travel booking agency internationally.

For 2 years and 2 months assisting customer's and other business owners is the task that I'm used to.

Most of the job and accounts that I've handled from virtual assistant to BPO requires me to do inbox management both chat and email.

As someone who works in a Top 3 travel booking agency internationally. I have a clear understanding of how property management works and the things to consider in managing property. I myself, was assisting property managers with their inquiry and I am proactively teaching them how they can run their business properly and how they can utilize the platform efficiently. In addition to that, I am also assisting property manager in listing their property. Lastly, I'm offering an assistance to their guess inquiry may it be finding a much better place to book, assisting in refund or altering the date of their stay and with cancellations .

Since all of my job experiences in BPO are all blended offering a chat support is one of the things that I am very used to.

Ever since last year, I'm creating posters, invitations and even busy book in Canva that I sell locally.

I've been a customer service in different premium accounts in several well known BPO company such us Telus International Philippines and TDCX which has a complex job and high standard when it comes to it's metrix.

Hotel booking in a top 3 travel booking agency internationally is my previous job.

As someone who works in a Top 3 travel account internationally, we're also assisting property managers with regards to their problem with their calendar. In addition to that, as someone who used to be a student during pandemic it allows us to utilize google calendar efficiently.
