I worked as a column editor in a prestige tabloid in the Philippines for 4 years and then I dUpgrade to see actual info
to move in UAE and try to work out of my comfort zone. My first work abroad is a office admin in a real estate company based in Ras Al Khaimah. I was assigned in handling calls, receiving clients, respond to emails and queries and then I was acknowledged by the Accounts Department to do the monthly documentation of incoming and outgoing financial reports. After 3 years, I have dUpgrade to see actual info to move to another company in the freezone area where I got exposed to Western and European clients. I am still working in the same field of real estate but more on giving customer service. Like dealing with tenants from move in date, arranging maintenance, preparing statement of account till move out date. I am assigned in making financial reports such as monthly cost and expense, filing VAT, salaries, income reports and many more. I was doing all of these due to our company is just small but already 7 years in the market. My boss is trusting me with all the work and so she has dUpgrade to see actual info to promote me as Office Manager and not focus only on internal issues and business plans but also generating Sales. As of today, I have sold more than 1M $ worth of properties in the freehold area in Ras Al Khaimah and still closing deals with few more investors coming from Slovakia and Russia. I have helped my employer as well to multiply her business from real estate company, to opening a cleaning services company, medical equipment supplier, holiday homes business and upcoming butchery this month. I hope my real experiences would help your company as well. I am excited to work virtually to gain more knowledge from the employers that will hire me.
