** Undertake operations of the Business Center, provide and facilitate the various services being offered by the business center to include Business Registration, Business Advisory Services, and Business Information and Advocacy.
** Review, analyze, process and package relevant business data needed by the clients, particularly the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (Upgrade to see actual infos).
** Prepare project proposals, implement projects and conduct activities in the business center that will impact the growth of the clients. 
** Assist in the development of linkages with services providers, industry associations, private companies and government agencies.
** Monitor and recommend business process improvements for Upgrade to see actual infos, as well as the performance of the business center.
** Record daily financial transactions
** Review financial data for accuracy
** Compute and disburse payroll
** Prepare financial reports and data analysis
** Handle and coordinate active calendars
** Ensure file organization based on office protocol
** Answer emails and phone calls from customers.
** Make travel arrangements and schedule appointments.
