Profile Description

I have worked as a Collections Agent for 3 different companies here in the Philippines. My first experience as a collector was for a medical physician's bill where we contact debtor's under US insurances to pay for their bill in the emergency care whether it will be covered by their health insurances or total out of pocket. Followed, was my career as a collector for overdue payments of Telco bill (Optus) in Australia and process credit card/debit card payments to clear their name in the third party collections. Some are 30 days past due, some are 120 days past due. I have also worked for a UK company based here in the Philippines where I was assigned to take inbound calls for UK residents who wants to take personal loan and make payment arrangements for their loans following their debt collections law and obtaining their income and expenditures so we can give them the best payment plan that will suit their financial status at the Upgrade to see actual infont.
I wanted to try and challenge myself for other roles where I can harness my skills so I tried If i can fit in in the customer service industry. Luckily, I was given an opportunity to start in an US insurance company based here in the Philippines and I took the role for the Insurance Service Representative in Insurance Support Services International Corp. I handle inbound inquiries about the policy holder's insurance plan, process payments and explain coverage of their plan. Currently, I am still employed in another company with the same role but this is for mail order pharmacy where we process orders for prescriptions and over the counter orders. I am taking my chance here in this platform so I expand again my horizon and take chance to be hired by clients whom I can work with fulfill my role as mother at the same time in the convenience of working from home.
