I wanted to try and challenge myself for other roles where I can harness my skills so I tried If i can fit in in the customer service industry. Luckily, I was given an opportunity to start in an US insurance company based here in the Philippines and I took the role for the Insurance Service Representative in Insurance Support Services International Corp. I handle inbound inquiries about the policy holder's insurance plan, process payments and explain coverage of their plan. Currently, I am still employed in another company with the same role but this is for mail order pharmacy where we process orders for prescriptions and over the counter orders. I am taking my chance here in this platform so I expand again my horizon and take chance to be hired by clients whom I can work with fulfill my role as mother at the same time in the convenience of working from home.
