I commonly use the application for editing purposes.

We always use google sheets on my last company, so I was well aware of them.

I was designation as website editor on my previous company and we are using WIX for our website.

One of my Job on my previous work is cold calling.

I was assigned to book flights for my boss, his friends and family. Aside from booking I was also calling if something is needed to change and/or cancel. I am also well aware of creating accounts with different airlines. (PAL, Cebu Pac, Delta, Southwest, United Airlines, American Airlines, Aeromexico)

I was assigned to post on craigslist for the selling of cards on my previous job.

• Documents in the CRM and/or, as necessary, in a manual system, all leads, and opportunities that come through the public channels or from marketing activities.

• Managing Personal Appointments • Managing Databases • Responsible for doing all administrative tasks.

• Responsible for performing all line activities implemented under Marketing Program to support Sales Objectives. Takes direction from the marketing officer, also takes charge of generic functions for brand improvement.

I use Asana on my part time job. I was there as a researcher so I basically use asana to put all the information I researched. Doing projects, tasks and assigning them to my colleagues who's assigned to the them.

• Making Graphic Designs for a website, company events, and for posting on social media channels.

• Responsible mainly as front-line support to answer all forms of customer requests for support and assistance with regards to post-sale technical issues with the products or services. Response covers the whole range of answering/listening/understanding customer concerns; recording and documenting these concerns; setting expectations with the customer on resolution; outright resolution of concern; endorsement of concerns to QA customer service; conveying resolution and closure of the incident. • Responsible for answering all customer communications courteously and as promptly as possible. • Assign each case or inquiry to its respective stakeholder for proper resolution. • Maintain all records of customer concerns for internal resolution and communication. • Update the client with the status of their open cases and make sure that necessary information is provided to monitor the resolution of these. • Gather relevant feedback from clients regarding their customer services assistance.

I was assigned in hotel booking of my boss. (Airbnb and Marriott)

I was assigned to manage our company website on my first job and also on my last job. I was able to post on all social media platform (Facebook, Twitter, Reddit, Instagram and Youtube) I also create content for the posting. Due to the job I was into. They also allowed me to attend a seminar regarding social media management.
