Customer Service Representative

In a BPO company where I worked before we do sell different devices that might be for an upgrade or customer's need. I am good on marketing products that could persuade a customer like he/she do need it. I have a good convincing power that a customer might not think twice.

In my 1 year experience in a BPO company where I was a customer service representative I could say that this kind of work is not a joke. It's not just challenging myself to get success but it honed me to be a better individual. It taught me a lot of things when it comes in dealing with different cultures, personalities, and beliefs of people. I managed to hold my temper and patience when handling a frustrated customer. I learned how to value customer's time, effort and trust. My goal is to provide satisfaction and happiness to my callers. I am an ear to every question and I'm willing to provide a long term solution.

I worked before as an ESL English tutor to foreign students like Korean and Japanese. I teach grammar and writing to students that I handled before. I enjoyed the job since teaching is really my passion. I love to teach. I am patient, polite and can communicate in English fluently. I can easily deal to people with my interpersonal skill.
