I am currently working as a Customer service, What I do is taking emails, receiving calls, sending invoices and receipts and also using various tools to provide the information they need on their account. I can multi-task since we are using different kinds of tools at the same time, I can type from 70-90 words per minute and can do data entry and keen to details.
