I worked as a Project Manager for 2 years and built a Shopify Business from scratch. I was the Team Leader of 6 employees and my tasks included managing Sales Processes, Audience Research, Email Marketing, Facebook Pages, Email and Chat Support, reviewing and approving Photo and Video Ads, and writing and proofreading product descriptions on Shopify.    

Preceding:
I  worked in the BPO industry (Telus International and Convergys) for 5 years and earned a wide range of knowledge and experience in Customer care, Sales(Inbound-Outbound) and Technical Support.  I was a Sales Supervisor at Convergys for 2 years before dUpgrade to see actual info to venture into the VA market.
