As a Patient Support Specialist here in the Philippines, I used to work with patients and assist them from time to time, my duties include booking the patients an appointment schedule with a provider, Build and maintain the knowledge base so we have a standard response for common inquiries, handling triage and answering inbound customer calls on our social media, and web channels, monitor, track and report daily volumes of inquiries, appointments and completed bookings, and Assist in optimizing the patient journey to ensure we have a seamless booking experience across all of our channel.
