Medical Virtual Assistant

The majority of my duties revolve around making patient appointments. I must be familiar with the services offered by the company in order to accomplish this. I am in charge of updating the database with patients' information as an appointment setter and I occasionally make follow-up calls to confirm or reschedule appointments that were missed.

I've been employed at NextVAs Company for the last two years as a healthcare customer service representative. I gained great communication skills, analytical capabilities, and medical terminology knowledge throughout that time. Along with my professional background, I have the technical skills required for this position. I have experience using the Microsoft Office Suite, EMR software, and a variety of other software programs. I can rapidly pick up new procedures and systems, which helps me give each client outstanding service. I also have a strong enthusiasm for serving customers well and assisting others. I'm proud to be able to support patients and their families through difficult times.

Managing a business is an easy thing for me as I am also a business owner who run my own social media page. My works are, replying to customers, posting ads on my page and I'm also the one who looks for a client.
