Profile Description

I am Inspiring Bookkeeper who has an accounting experience for more than 4 years with a limited knowledgeable to used Quickbooks, SAP, Peachtree and etc.
Mostly my expertise or skills that a have are;

*Handling petty cash fund/reimbursements and cash advances of employees.
*Adding, updating & maintaining vendor/customers profile
*Booking and clearing of open items, payments and expenses.
*Prepare and process ad-hoc payment thru wire transfer or checks.
*Prepare regular bank reconciliations of accounts payable transaction to ensure accuracy.
*Maintain with positive relation to vendors & costumer by addressing their inquiries and resolving discrepancy.
*Preparation of PH taxes monthly.
*Answering calls and email (outlook, Gmail , etc.)
* Ad hoc works and reports.
