Spanish Recruitment Coordinator

I spent the beginning of my career as a customer support specialist to a number BPO companies where I was exposed to different lines of businesses. I worked with a telecommunication company, logistics company, and ridesharing company.

I have a 2 year experience in working as a recruitment coordinator for an accounting firm based in South America. I have a wide experience in candidate screening, interview scheduling, and administrative duties in relation to managing the onboarding process of a candidate.

I have worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist where I supported a group of recruiters in their administrative tasks. I served as their quality assurance who analysed the creation of their requisition and such. I helped the team in reaching the monthly quotas timely and proficiently.
