Mobility Sales and Services
* Provide a consultative approach to present value of
products and services in all calls for both new and
existing customers
* Respond to customer’s billing inquires, technical issues
, plan upgrades and adding a new line of service
Retention/Customer Loyalty Group
* Save customers from disconnecting their services by
provide benefits of products and services on all calls
including billing, technical concerns (trouble shooting)
and other types of plans that will suit to the customer’s
needs and budget
* Professionally responds to customer’s complaints and
attempt to resolve it on a timely manner
Customer Service (for a Financial Institution)
* Process standard banking transactions for customers
including making a payment and order cheque books
Provide detailed information about customer’s bank
statement to help them better understand and manage
their banking services
* Assisting customers with there applications, billing
concerns and making a payment
