Profile Description

Being a CSR for quite some time now, I learned a lot of best practices that can help me to ensure a positive and seamless experience for every customer interaction.

Such as;
Firstly, how to understand another's emotions and points of view. 
Second, knowing how to control the time spent on every specific task assigned to me, to be more efficient, effective, and productive. 
Lastly, accountability - taking ownership of whether the task or situation is manageable or not. I always make sure to own it and try all the possible ways that I can to make it resolve.
