I have completed countless Broker Price Opinion reports (Exterior, Interior and Condition reports) for residential properties (1- 4 units and vacant lands) in the US. I am keen on details and always want to make sure to produce a good quality job. • Locating tax record, comparable properties, market analysis and giving estimate broker price opinion.
