Profile Description

I'm a Registered Nurse (PHRN) with a 3-year bedside experience in a tertiary level hospital. I used to work as a bedside nurse in a Surgical Oncology and COVID ward.
I also have 9 months of experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst for a home health agency located in Las Vegas, Nevada, and another 1 yr & 3 mos. experience of being a Quality Assurance Analyst for various hospice agencies located in the US as well. I am familiar with Devero and Kinnser platforms. As a QA, I audit forms and charts for consistency
and compliance with insurance and agency-set standards, and also present for interdisciplinary teaUpgrade to see actual infoetings in order to coordinate care of all home health and hospice clients and help determine hospice eligibility. I'm an admin assistant as well
I am willing to learn new platforms/ EMR's as utilized by your agency/company.
